Job summary

Jet Aviation Singapore is seeking a hands-on Line & Ramp Service Agent to join our operations at Singapore Changi. You will support ramp activities, assist with baggage, ground support equipment, and aircraft movements while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role requires a valid Singapore Class 4 driving license, basic English, and a safety-conscious attitude. You must be flexible for shifts, including weekends and holidays, and enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• A valid Singapore Class 4 driving licence is required.
• Basic English communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• A responsible, dependable, and safety-conscious approach to work.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Handle ramp operations following safety and quality standards.
• Provide porter services—delivering luggage and transporting crew and passengers.
• Assist with aircraft movements, including towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting.
• Operate ground support equipment (GPU, water, lavatory services, etc.) with care.
• Keep areas stocked and clean by assisting with catering items and cleaning duties.
• Support a safety-first culture by participating in safety and quality programs.
• Report hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences.
