Qualifications

• Diploma required in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
• Experience in Singapore Metro or LRT projects preferred.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of subcontractor management and rail safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to meet project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage project activities in line with schedules.
• Interface with clients and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Respond to RFQs and technical queries as required.
• Allocate resources for ad hoc requests from main contractors.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across disciplines.
• Ensure safety, quality, and technical standards are met.
