Job summary

The role requires a engineering degree, 3 years of experience in site coordination, and proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD and BIM. You will travel between offices and sites, with night shifts as needed to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering (electronics or mechanical).
• Min 3 years of project coordination experience in site installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience coordinating with transit stakeholders for A&A or system upgrades.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, BIM or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Review submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Facilitate follow-ups on submissions to maintain standards.
• Supervise on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Monitor schedules and update progress reports.
• Attend coordination meetings to support timely delivery.
• Travel between office and sites; adapt to night shifts when needed.
• Support project management to meet deadlines and quality.
