Job summary

WSH Experts Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to support daily rail and transport operations, supervise field teams, and uphold safety across activities.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, 5+ years in railway, construction or operational environments, and strong leadership, coordination and communication skills. You will prepare weekly/monthly reports, coordinate with site teams, and provide leadership during normal and emergency situations to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma in an engineering discipline or GCE A-Level or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of relevant working experience.
• Railway, construction, transport or operational experience is preferred.
• Able to lead operational teams and conduct safety briefings.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing.
• Able to work independently and perform overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Works Train Manager in managing daily operations.
• Supervise operational personnel and coordinate shift deployment.
• Ensure compliance with operational manuals and safety procedures.
• Conduct safety briefings and operational coordination meetings.
• Monitor manpower availability, discipline, competency and performance.
• Manage incidents, disruptions and recovery activities.
• Coordinate with operations controllers, site teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Provide operational leadership during normal and emergency situations.
