Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Rail Operations professional to coordinate train movements and monitor operations within assigned areas. You will issue instructions to supervisors and shunters while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and recordkeeping.

The role requires five years of relevant experience, an engineering diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Proficient English and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering, GCE A-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum five years of relevant working experience.
• Railway, control-room, transport or construction experience preferred.
• Proficient in English (read, write, communicate effectively).
• Able to manage multiple communications and make timely decisions.
• Proficient in MS Office and operational recordkeeping.
• Able to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Must pass required training, competency assessments and OJT.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate works and train movements within assigned areas.
• Issue operational instructions to supervisors, operators and shunters.
• Monitor track access, train movements and operational activities.
• Maintain accurate communication, movement and operational records.
• Ensure train movements comply with procedures and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with train personnel, site teams and work-party representatives.
• Respond to incidents and implement operational recovery measures.
• Provide timely operational updates to management.
• Perform rotating shift duties based on operational requirements.
