Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Senior / Assistant Project Engineer, Rail Services to supervise the construction of rail transit projects within the Rail Group (Electrical and Mechanical). You will assist in reviewing materials submissions, test procedures, method statements and shop drawings, and monitor site progress to ensure timely completion.

You will be assigned to Building Services, Environment Control System, Electrical Services or Fire Protection, and you should be

Qualifications

Knowledge in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
Strong project management skills.
Good communication, written and interpersonal skills.
Able to perform shift and overtime work including weekends.
Candidates with strong relevant years of experience will be considered for senior positions.

Responsibilities

Supervise the construction of rail transit projects.
Review contractor materials submissions, test procedures, method statements and shop drawings.
Monitor progress of site activities and ensure timely completion of work.
Work on various Electrical and Mechanical building services systems (as applicable).
Be assigned to work on Building Services, Environment Control System, Electrical Services or Fire Protection.
