Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore seeks a Manager, Asset Engineering (Power & Services) to lead a team responsible for safe, reliable and maintainable rail assets across their lifecycle.

You will integrate asset and maintenance management with safety and operational performance oversight, working with Rail Operators to feed O&M insights back to design divisions for ongoing RTS improvements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Electrical Power Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in design, installation, operation and maintenance of high-voltage railway power systems.
• Knowledge of railway work environment and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team and ensure assets are safe, reliable, maintainable, and available.
• Coordinate design feedback to improve RTS design and O&M performance.
