Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, GIS, or related technical field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with GIS tools (ArcGIS or QGIS) and data visualization software (Tableau or PowerBI).
• Strong problem-solving ability; organised and meticulous.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, fast learner with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good writing, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Nice-to-have: traffic engineering, geospatial data processing, AI/ML models, big data insights from visualization.

Responsibilities

• Drive meaningful change by integrating advanced data analytics and geo-spatial insights into operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into dashboards, insights and actionable strategies for road asset and traffic management.
• Manage innovation and data-driven projects including research and product development.
• Collaborate with internal divisions, academia and industry partners to explore technologies for smarter traffic operations and asset management.
