Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore seeks an experienced RAOM Manager, Asset Engineering (Power & Services) to lead a team ensuring rail assets remain safe, reliable, maintainable and available throughout their lifecycle. You will oversee asset management, maintenance, safety, and operational performance.

You will collaborate with Rail Operators to feed O&M insights back to LTA design divisions for continual improvement of the RTS design, ensuring flexibility of operations and

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Electrical Power Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in design, installation, operation and maintenance of services and electrical installations up to and including 22kV; 1500V DC and 750V DC traction power supply systems and 400/230V reticulation systems.
• Knowledge of railway work environment and relevant safety requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure rail assets are safe, reliable, maintainable and available throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Rail Operators to feed O&M issues back to LTA’s design divisions to improve RTS design for flexibility and maintainability.
• Review design of medium voltage power systems, railway traction power systems, low voltage reticulation schemes and witness testing/commissioning/handing over of new assets.
