Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore seeks an experienced SNR/EXEC/ENGINEER, ASSET MGMT (SYSTEMS & PLANNING) to manage and enhance the rail asset management framework in line with ISO 55000/55001. You will support certification, drive audits, and develop competency materials while collaborating with operators to ensure license and contract compliance.

Qualifications

Experience with asset management frameworks and international standards (ISO 55000/ ISO 55001).
Ability to conduct internal audits and drive continuous improvement.
Ability to develop and maintain asset management competencies and materials.

Responsibilities

Review, develop, and enhance the rail asset management framework, strategies, plans and processes to align with goals and ISO standards.
Support ISO 55001:2024 certification and conduct internal audits of the asset management system.
Review and enhance asset management competency programmes and materials with SMEs.
Define and review compliance conditions in licenses and contracts and work with operators to ensure fulfilment.
Review operator submissions for licence compliance.
Establish visibility into lifecycle costs of rail systems and infrastructure and provide cost data to stakeholders.
