Job summary

You will bridge conceptual engineering with practical implementation, lead prototype testing, and work with cross-functional teams to turn research into market-ready technologies.

The role involves working closely with production and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and sustainability of designs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on emerging technologies relevant to the company’s product lines and production methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into viable technologies and product applications.
• Design and develop mechanical components, parts, systems, and assemblies using CAD software.
• Generate 3D CAD, 2D drawings, DFMEA, DMR and ISO 13485 documents.
• Establish DOE, testing processes and reports for assigned projects.
• Lead and coordinate prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
