Job summary

Curiox Biosystems Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Research Associate or Scientist for the Bioapplications team. This hands-on R&D role focuses on assay execution, validation, and workflow innovation to support internal teams and customer satisfaction.

You will execute cell-based workflows on Curiox platforms, contribute to verification/validation, and document results while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve Pluto workflows and consumables.

Qualifications

Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience, in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Bioengineering, or related field.
3–5 years of laboratory experience in assay development or lab automation preferred (open to strong candidates outside range).
Comfortable working hands-on in a laboratory environment and maintaining detailed records.

Responsibilities

Execute cell-based assays and sample preparation workflows (e.g., flow cytometry sample prep).
Support development and optimization of bioapplication protocols on Pluto.
Troubleshoot experimental variability and improve workflow robustness.
Contribute ideas to improve assay reproducibility, clarity, and usability.
Maintain accurate, complete, and traceable documentation of protocols and results.
