Job summary

DAY ONE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to tabulate quantities, estimate costs and manage tenders for electrical projects.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering, at least 2 years QS experience (fresh graduates welcome), and strong English communication; familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey or Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of QS experience or fresh graduates welcome.
• Preferable with experience in Electrical Engineering Firm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Word skills required.

Responsibilities

• Tabulate quantities, estimate costs and request for quotation.
• Knowledge of electrical products and costing.
• Updating contract documents, drawings and correspondences.
• Submission of progress claims and site valuations.
• Preparation of Variation Order for submission.
• Liaise with subcontractors and clients.
• Ensure timely completion of an assign tender.
