Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to handle BQ elaboration, tender take-off, and pre-tender estimates. The role requires coordination with project teams and supplier management.

The candidate should have a Diploma/Nitec in Electrical engineering and 2-3 years of relevant experience, with strong MS Office and AutoCAD skills. Singaporean applicants preferred.

• Responsible for pre-tender estimate and preparation of tender documents.
• Responsible for Progress claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.
• Co-ordination and render support to the project team.
• Source, negotiate and process order of material from supplier.
• Responsible for delivery of materials.
• Prepare monthly progress claims for submission to consultants in timely manner.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office, Autocad will be an advantage
• Preferably senior Executive specialized in Electrical (Building construction) or equivalent.
