Job summary

MANDATE OF MANPOWER PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor role in Singapore. The position focuses on estimating costs, preparing documentation, and handling subcontractor communications to ensure timely tender completion.

The successful candidate will possess a Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Survey or Engineering, with at least 2 years of QS experience or fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in English and MS Office is required, with familiarity in AutoCAD being a plus.

• Minimum 2 years of QS experience or fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Preferable with relevant experience in Electrical Engineering Firm.
• Computer skills including Excel and Word (Autocad… etc.).

Responsibilities

• Tabulate quantities, estimate costs and request for quotation.
• Updating contract documents, drawings and correspondences.
• Submission of progress claims and site valuations.
• Preparation of Variation Orders for submission.
• Liaise with subcontractors and clients.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tender.
