Job summary

Koyo International Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor in Singapore. The role focuses on reviewing tender documents, preparing cost estimates, and managing quantities for building services projects.

You will liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers, prepare quotations and cost breakdowns, and support the contracts administration and progress claims for project teams. Strong English skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in building services.
• Familiar with SIA Contract and making claims.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility.
