The role involves monitoring costs, progress claims, and variations, and liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, experience in construction or electrical engineering, strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Relevant working experience in the construction or electrical engineering industry.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
