Job summary

HENG HUAT 72 CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years in the construction industry in Singapore.

You will source suppliers and sub-contractors for quotations and tendering, prepare BQ, measurements and progress claims, and assist the Project Manager with related duties. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building and has experience in renovation, landed houses, or commercial projects, with strong planning and organisational skills to

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building or equivalent.
• Experience in renovation/ landed houses and/or commercial projects preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in construction-related industry.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Organised, detail-oriented and good planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotations and tendering.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), measurements and progress claims.
• Assist Project Manager with additional duties as needed.
