Job summary

HT PRIME CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore responsible for managing the full spectrum of quantity surveying tasks. This includes tendering, budget management, supplier sourcing, and ensuring completion of final accounts with clients.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in QS Studies and has a minimum of 2 years of experience with building contracts. Excellent communication skills and a proactive working attitude are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare contracts and manage budget effectively.
• Good communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of quantity surveyor works including tendering and budget.
• Source quotations and procurements for suppliers and contractors.
• Follow up on claims certification and settlement of accounts.
• Prepare necessary documentation and drawings for clients.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of quantity surveyor works i.e. tendering, quantity take-off, budget, price comparison, preparation of contracts / PO for sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers
• Call quotations, procurements and sourcing for new suppliers / sub-contractors
• Responsible for follow-up on claims certification, variations and settlement of final accounts with clients and sub-contractors
• Responsbile for preparation of warranties, submission of OMM and as-built drawings from Consultants, Specialist sub-contractors and suppliers to clients

Requirements:

• Degree in QS Studies or Buildings
• Minimum 2 years working experience with building contracts knowledge
• Possess initiative and be able to work independently
• Must have good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Reports to Director
