Job summary

Qualifications

• Reading, interpreting architectural, structural, civil, and M&E drawings.
• Proficient in quantity take-off, measurement, and cost estimation.
• Understanding tender procedures, procurement, contract docs, and contract conditions.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specs; measure quantities.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) per project requirements.
• Review tender and contract docs; interpret requirements.
• Analyze quotations; build-up rates; cost evaluations.
• Assist in contract administration: valuations, variations, claims.
• Coordinate tender activities for new projects; prepare evaluations.
• Support commercial and contractual QS activities for the holding company.
• Work independently and with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in company activities and initiatives.
• Ensure timely, accurate submissions within deadlines.
