Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for the East region to support tendering, cost estimation, and procurement on construction projects.

You will liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, perform quantity take-offs, prepare cost estimates, and help develop subcontract documents and procurement schedules. This role requires a diploma or degree in a related field; training is provided for candidates with lesser experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in quantity surveying, tendering, estimation, procurement, or construction projects is advantageous.
• Training will be provided for candidates with lesser experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers during tendering.
• Carry out quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimations for projects.
• Evaluate quotations and prepare costing comparisons for tender submissions.
• Assist in preparing subcontract documents and procurement schedules.
• Monitor project costs and maintain project records and documentation.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams on project-related matters.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and project cost summaries.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
