Job summary

ENCASA ASIA EMPLOYMENT SERVICES LLP is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to take off quantities for tenders, price bills and quantities, evaluate subcontractor claims, and manage procurement of construction materials and equipment in a Singapore-based project environment. The role involves sourcing and coordinating new subcontractors and suppliers, plus preparing variation and progress claims.

Diploma/degree in QS or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/ Structural, Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Taking off quantities for tendering.
• Pricing of bills & quantities.
• Evaluation of sub-contractor’s claims & preparation of payment certificate for subcontractors.
• Sourcing & purchasing of construction materials, equipment etc.
• Sourcing & Coordination of new subcontractors & suppliers.
• Contract administration including preparation of variation claims & progress claims.
