Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Tendering/Estimating) to manage tender enquiries, review BoQs, and prepare cost estimates.

You will evaluate quotations and identify value engineering opportunities, liaising with subcontractors, consultants and clients to prepare final tender submissions.

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with 3+ years in tendering/estimating; strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in tendering/estimating, preferably in interior fit-out or construction.
• Strong knowledge of BoQ, costing, subcontractor pricing and tender preparation.
• Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage tender enquiries and source suitable subcontractors/suppliers.
• Review BoQs, quantities and tender documents to ensure complete and accurate pricing.
• Evaluate quotations, prepare cost estimates and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and clients, and prepare final tender submissions.
