CRESCITA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (ID) to support tendering and project cost control.

You will prepare cost analyses from drawings, obtain sub-contractor quotations, assemble tender submissions, and discuss pricing with Senior QS to ensure competitive bids. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that budgets are adhered to while managing variations, interim payments, and final accounts.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in QA/Quantity Surveying related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in QS roles.
• Knowledge of tendering processes and cost estimation.

Responsabilidades

• Seek tender opportunities for projects.
• Attend site briefings before tendering a project.
• Prepare cost analyses based on drawings and materials required.
• Obtain sub-contractor quotations for various trades.
• Prepare tender submissions, including bills of quantities and pricing discussions with Senior QS.
• Prepare for final submission and respond to Tender Questionnaire; participate in interviews.
• Monitor progress and liaise with vendors.
• Control project budgets and track expenditures.
• Attend site meetings for ongoing projects.
• Submit progress claims, quotations and variation orders.
• Prepare final accounts and manage measurements/valuations of variations.
