Job summary

Talent Titans in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage costs, tender submissions, and Bills of Quantities. You will source for subcontractors and suppliers, evaluate price comparisons, and assist the project team with variations and cost control.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in the related field.
• Able to take instructions and work independently; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission.
• Prepare Bills of Quantity.
• Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
• Analyze project specifications to recommend cost-saving measures.
• Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control.
• Monitor and keep track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget.
• Measure and determine amount of work done at stages to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors.
• Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
