Job summary

The role involves sourcing supplier quotes, managing variation orders, submitting progress claims, and final accounts, requiring strong analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Construction / M&E projects.
• Familiar with tender preparation, BOQ, and progress claims.
• Experience in handling VO and final accounts.
• Able to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good coordination with project and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimation and pricing for tender submission.
• Take-off quantities from drawings and specifications.
• Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare BOQ and tender breakdown.
• Assist in tender analysis and submission.
• Prepare and submit progress claims to main contractors.
• Evaluate and process subcontractor / supplier claims.
• Manage and track variation orders (VO).
• Monitor project budget and cost control.
• Prepare final accounts upon project completion.
• Maintain proper project documentation and contract records.
