JIA LONG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive Quantity Surveyor to support tendering, cost control, and contract administration across projects in Singapore.

You will prepare bills of quantities, price tenders, monitor budgets, and liaise with clients and subcontractors. Strong attention to detail and bilingual English & Mandarin are essential for coordinating with Chinese-speaking counterparts. Experience of 3+ years in tendering is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 year(s) of project tendering experience.
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts.

Aufgaben

• Assist in contract administration, prepare progressclaims and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variationcost.
• Call quotations, compare prices and prepare bill ofquantities to arrive at the tender pricing.
• Involved in cost analysis and contracts administrationservices.
• Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports,variation agreements.
• Monitor budget and keep track of project expenditures.
• Involve in all quantity surveying and contractadministration activities for the projects.
• Prepare and submit tenders including quantity takingoff and pricing.
• Prepare tender submission and post tender measurement,handle monthly progress claim.
• Prepare letter of award to subcontractors and verifyclaims and cost control.
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, costanalysis, monitoring and estimation or budget cost for projects
• Obtain subcontractors and suppliers quotation forcosting.
• Perform cost comparison.
• Close liaison among project managers, designers andvendors.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may beassigned from time to time or on ad-hoc basis.
