Qualifications

• Min Diploma in QS/Civil Engineering/Architectural or equivalent.
• Having related building construction working experiences will be a better.
• Familiar with Singapore local authorities’ submission.

Responsabilités

• Negotiating with contracting companies to get sufficient equipment and personnel necessary to complete the construction work in good time.
• Prepare, revise and update tendering.
• Taking off quantity drawing tender.
• Resolution contractual claim.
• Purchasing project site materials.
