Job summary

EMINENT CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Singapore team. The role emphasizes contract administration, tendering, and cost control for interior works and building projects.

You will handle pre- and post-contract activities, perform take-offs, evaluate subcontractor payments, and manage project documentation to ensure accurate financial and administrative records.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in local building construction or interior works.
• Experience in pre-contract and post-contract administration and operations.
• Experience with quantity take-off for tendering of architectural and interior projects.
• Experience in evaluating and certifying subcontractors' progress payments.
• Strong project administration and documentation skills.
