Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Tender/Contract Management) for an on-site role in Singapore. The position focuses on managing quantity surveying, project costs and contracts to support tendering and contract administration.

You will conduct feasibility studies, prepare cost estimates, provide cost control and procurement advice, and participate in tender evaluation and site meetings. This is a permanent, on-site role with attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Recognised Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of relevant consultancy experience preferred.
• Proficient in QS software and applications.
• Strong technical and contractual knowledge with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage quantity surveying, project costs and contracts.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare cost estimates and plans.
• Provide cost control, value management and procurement advice.
• Prepare tender and contract documents; evaluate tenders and report findings.
• Perform quantity take-offs and measure completed works.
• Assess progress payment claims, variations and final accounts.
• Attend project and site meetings.
