Job summary

YEW BAN HENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Diploma-qualified Quantity Surveyor to support tendering, contract administration and cost evaluation on live projects.

You will collaborate with the contract team, handle monthly progress claims, source quotations, and prepare costing summaries for tender submissions. The ideal candidate has LTA/HDB tender experience, strong contract knowledge, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Management/ Civil Engineering and equivalent.
• Committed, analytical and able to meet tight scheduled duties assigned.
• Independent and a good team player with positive attitude.
• Must have experience in handling LTA/HDB tender documents and submissions.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and QS principles.
• Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Involve in tender preparation and participation / post contract administration.
• To handle project contracts, monthly progress claims to customers.
• Supporting contract team on measurement, sourcing quotation and cost evaluation.
• Evaluate of quotation and costing summary for approval prior tender submission.
• Other duties as assigned
