Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare plans and BOQ for supplier quotations, and to evaluate quotations against tender requirements in a detailed costing role in Singapore.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Quantity Surveying with at least 2 years of project tendering/costing experience and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. On-site work in Singapore is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying is required.
• At least 2 years of Project Tendering/Costing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare plans, documents, and bill of quantities for supplier quotations and pricing analysis.
• Source, compile, and evaluate supplier/vendor quotations based on tender requirements.
• Responsible for detailed breakdown pricing, including material and labour cost estimation.
• Handle tenders including scope of work, pricing schedules, and non-material requirements.
