Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage tender documentation from preparation through submission, and to support cost control across projects.

The role requires attention to detail, strong negotiation and coordination skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment. Experience with building or civil projects and exposure to HDB tendering processes is advantageous.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• At least 2 years of cost management experience in building or civil projects.
• Exposure to HDB projects and tendering processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, organize, and administer tender documentation from preparation through submission.
• Track and control project costs to meet budgets and financial targets.
• Assess risks and implement measures to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Obtain and analyze quotations from subcontractors and compare against scope and timelines.
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication to support site operations and timely completion.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.


• At least 2 years of relevant experience in cost management in building or civil projects.


• Prior exposure to HDB projects and tendering processes.


• Strong analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills with attention to detail.


• Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
