Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or Building.
• Minimum 9 years' experience in QS within building construction.
• Knowledge of structural drawings beneficial.
• Familiar with tendering processes and cost planning.
• Strong interpersonal and team skills.

Responsibilities

• Enroll tender process and prepare tender documents.
• Prepare profit and loss & final account for projects.
• Negotiate and award subcontractors; attend project meetings.
• Prepare cost plans and estimates for tenders and jobs.
• Review subcontractor agreements and supplier contracts.
• Coordinate with sales, production and clients on specs.
• Prepare project budgets and ensure safety and compliance.
• Attend site meetings and monitor progress.
