Job summary

SOON THONG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our project team and help manage project costs and ensure successful delivery.

You will work across take-offs, costings, contracts, and tender documentation to support competitive bidding and project execution. Responsibilities include conducting take-off quantities, sourcing quotations, preparing cost estimates, and monitoring progress with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role (8+ years for Senior role).

Responsibilities

• Conduct take-off quantities and prepare pricing comparisons.
• Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare project costings, contracts, and tender documents.
• Conduct site measurements and monitor subcontractor progress.
• Process progress payments, variation orders, and final accounts.

Education

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent
