Trust Recruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support tender submissions and contract assessment. You will prepare tender documents, evaluate quotations, and assist with variation orders and payments.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, has 2–3 years in construction, and is proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and assist in tender submission, including taking off, calling for quotations, and preparation of tender documents.
• Analyse and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers for best terms.
• Assess Subcontractor’s Progress Claims and prepare payment responses.
• Assist Contract Managers with assessment of Variation Orders and Extensions of Time.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure all requirements are met.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in tender submission, including taking off, calling for quotations and preparation of tender documents for the submission of tender.

• Analyse and evaluate the received quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal terms

• Assess Subcontractor’s Progress Claims and prepare Payment response within stipulated timeline

• Assist the Contract Managers for assessment of Variation Orders and Extension of Time by Subcontractor and Suppliers including finalization of accounts.

• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all project requirements are met

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.

• Efficient, good analytical skills and able to work independently.

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.

• Possess 2-3 years of working experience in the construction industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad.

• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
