Job summary

IMPACT BPO SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support overall quantity surveying, cost and contract management for projects in Singapore. The role involves feasibility studies, cost planning, value management, and active procurement oversight.

The successful candidate will prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and perform measurements and valuations for progress payments, variations, and final accounts. Fresh graduates may apply; consultancy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Recognized Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience, consultancy firm preferred
• Fresh graduates may apply
• Proficient in QS software (e.g. AutoCAD/CubiCost)and application
• Reliable with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good technical and contractual knowledge with high integrity and work ethic
• An independent and effective team player, collaborating on multi-projects of various stages, ensuring deliverables within set time & expectations.
