in Singapore seeks a Tendering Specialist to support procurement and bid activities on construction projects. You will review drawings, prepare tender submissions, and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines. The role requires 2–3 years in construction tendering, strong cost estimation and contract knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and Glodon Cubicost.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on project tendering.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost estimation, and tender submission processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Glodon (Cubicost) and tendering software.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders.
• Able to work independently and be a good team player within a multi-disciplinary group.
• Possess excellent people skills and effective communication within the team.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture / Structure / M&E / Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on project tendering
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and tender submission processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Glodon (Cubicost) and tendering software
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
• Able to work independently and be a good team player as well
• Possess excellent people skills with the ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary team and communicate
