Job summary

Deco-Base Enterprise Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Tender Estimator to handle quantity take-off and cost estimation for interior fit-out projects. You will prepare tender submissions and coordinate pricing with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors.

The role requires independent work, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in interior fit-out tenders, and preference for candidates with interior fit-out project exposure.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of interior fit-out tenders/projects.
• Ability to work independently.
• Prefer candidates with interior fit-out experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-off and cost estimation for interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare tender submissions and obtain prices from specialist, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Arrange and keep tender documents systematically; master the works required in every tender.
• Tendering and contract documents administration, preparing BQ, Cost Estimate, Cost Control, Budgeting, processing of claims, contract payments and settlement of final accounts.
• Attend tender interviews and site show-rounds.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
