Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle quantity take-off and cost estimation for tenders and projects in Singapore.

The role involves preparing tender submissions, following up with Tender Questionnaires and Interviews, and negotiating with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors. You will also prepare monthly progress claims and attend site/technical meetings. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields is required, with experience in construction

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Architectural, Building Construction or related field.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders and projects.
• Prepare tender submissions and respond to Tender Questionnaires and Interview.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims promptly.
• Attend site and Consultant/Technical meetings.
• Other QS duties as assigned from time to time.
