Job summary

HUBLINK EMPLOYMENT & ONLINE SERVICES in Singapore seeks a Quantity Surveyor with a Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying to manage tendering, costing, budget, and procurement for commercial and residential projects. You will prepare progress claims, take-offs, and shop drawings (AutoCAD), and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.

Candidates should have 4 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency, with interior fit-out

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience.
• Positive attitude and good communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Experience in using AutoCAD for Interior design & Architectural drawing.
• Interior fit-out experience preferred.

Responsibilities
