You will manage quantity surveying tasks including assessing subcontractor claims, preparing payments and variation orders, and handling client submissions to support successful project delivery.

Based at the project site office, you will perform quantity take-offs, measure materials and work scope for cost control, assess claims, and ensure accurate financial tracking for the project.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification
• Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, proactivity, teamwork, and meeting tight deadlines
• Willingness to be stationed at the project site office
