Job summary

FENG MING CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will report to the Managing Director and oversee cost estimation, measurement, and contract documentation across projects.

You will perform quantity take-off, assist procurement, manage tender documents, and drive cost control throughout the project lifecycle, while maintaining clear communication with clients, contractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma required in Civil Engineering or QS.
• Senior role considered for substantial experience.
• Proactive, team player with ability to meet tight deadlines.
