Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with tendering, cost estimation, and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage tendering by measuring, sourcing quotations, and take-offs for bids.
• Analyze tender requirements to prepare compliant submissions.
• Prepare documentation for tender submissions to meet deadlines.
• Source materials and vendors; manage interim progress claims and variations.
• Expand supplier network to improve pricing and options.
• Oversee projects from award to completion, including final accounts.
• Attend site meetings and respond to client requests.
• Manage project costs to maintain profitability.
• Communicate in English with clients and stakeholders for coordination.
