VINSPIRE INTERIOR DESIGN PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control for renovation and interior projects. You will prepare quotations, estimates and BOQs, and coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure budgets are met.

Ideal candidates have a diploma/degree in quantity surveying or related fields, reading drawings, and strong Excel skills. The role requires independent work and team collaboration within a design and build environment.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Building or related field.
Able to read drawings and perform quantity take-off.
Knowledge of construction materials and costing.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Prepare quotations, cost estimates and project budgets for renovation and interior works.
Carry out quantity take-off and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Evaluate and compare material and subcontractor prices.
Monitor project costs and ensure works are within the approved budget.
Prepare progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
Attend site meetings and conduct site measurements when required.
Maintain proper project costing and documentation.
