Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with solid experience in Singapore's civil construction to manage cost reporting and contract matters.

You will prepare cost estimates, budgets, and take-offs, evaluate subcontractor quotations, handle progress claims and final accounts, and support contract administration while liaising with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Singapore construction experience, preferably in civil works.
• Familiarity with Singapore LTA contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and claims.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Assist with contract administration and negotiations.
• Monitor project costs and maintain cost control.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
