CGW CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable professional to support contract and planning teams on sub-contract projects in Singapore. You will handle progress claims, quotations, VO submissions, and monitor project progress while measuring variations and finalizing accounts.

The role requires a degree or diploma in related fields, strong negotiation, and proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Projects & Facilities Management or Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the Contracts Director/Contracts Manager and Planning & Engineering managers during the sub-contract project.
• Submission for progress claim, quotation and VO submission.
• Monitor progress and track project progress; responsible for measurement and valuation of variation in the work during the sub-contract project period.
• Finalize the project's final account.
• Complete jobs given by the head or director.
