• Responsible for pre and post contract QS services.
• Handles interim and final payment claims and feedback to management.
• Job site visiting and monitor site progress.
• Responsible for quantities taking-offs and variations claim.
• Handles contract administration and final accounts settlement.
• Monitors project phasing & payments.
• Preparation & revision of construction programmes and delay claims.
