DK OUTSOURCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support pre- and post-contract activities across diverse projects. You will handle cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tenders, and contractor selection.

Post-contract duties include administering contracts, valuing completed works, and processing interim claims. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in QS and 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
2–5 years of QS experience, preferably in a consultancy.
Strong foundation in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and local procurement practices.
Familiarity with local standards is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry tools such as Bluebeam, Planswift, or Togal.

Mansioni

Pre-Contract Duties: prepare cost estimates, cost plans, BOQ, tender docs, evaluate tenders, assist with contractor selection.
Post-Contract Administration: administer contracts, value completed works, process interim progress claims.
Cost Control & Variations: identify, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders and commercial claims; monitor cash flow against budgets.
Final Accounts: prepare, negotiate, and settle final accounts with contractors and stakeholders.
Contractual Advisory: advise clients on legal clauses and standard forms of contract such as SIA or PSSCOC.
