Job summary

LEECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive to join our construction team. You will oversee pre- and post-contract activities to keep projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

The role requires a passion for cost management and strong collaboration across teams. Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software, plus a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant cost management experience.
• Strong contract administration, tendering, and cost control knowledge.
• Proficient with MS Office and QS software.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre- and post-contract administration for construction projects.
• Conduct tender taking-off, vendor sourcing, and cost estimation.
• Prepare tender submissions, including measurements, quotations, costing reports, and documentation.
• Compile cost breakdowns, technical data, and drawings in response to tender queries.
• Perform cost analysis and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and assist in tender documentation.
• Monitor cost budgets, perform cost control, and maximise project profitability.
• Attend project and consultant meetings, prepare variation work costings, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Support the Project Team with cost, contract, and progress verification throughout all project stages.
• Participate in project review meetings and handle client requirements effectively.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
